HELP Our Pregnant guinea pig has had only has 1 baby, and she's still very fat!?

We got home from school/ work and there was one in there! But the mum is still the basic shape of a light bulb!
So we thought we better leave her half an hour to still have babies. But they never came…
So we tried some exercises like lifting her, and following instructions from my Guinea pig book under the title ‘Breech Births’ (because we reakoned by then it would probably be a breech birth because she was taking so long).
So we called the vet. They said to wait half and hour because guinea pigs can take up to 2 hours to deliver. So we waited another half hour and no result.
So we took her to the vet, they examined her and said it was looking fine, she didn’t have any blocages and the birth cannal was clear. They also gave her an injection to speed the babies up.
Now all of this was 1-2 hours ago.

We got her back home in her cage (as well as her 1 baby) and she is making huge scarey grunting noises from inside the cage, then going quite again…

But its taking forever! Whats going on? How long will it be? I don’t want to go to sleep not knowing whats going to happen. Please, you can ask me any additional info and I will add it to this.
