i am currently 5 months and i was using the injection every three months before i decided to conceive however the side effects is that i went from 69kg to 80kg, can you pliz advice me which is safer and not condoms because you can never rely on men to be responsible when it comes to sex..

If you plan on breastfeeding (which is the best thing for the baby) then you might want to consider a barrier method other than the condom, like a diaphram. Or an IUD. Both with prevent pregnancy but shouldn’t effect your milk supply. Birth control pills will really effect your milk supply. And you lose weight faster with breastfeeding!!!
